Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade Delegation Visits Italy

From November 25 to 27, 2025, a delegation from the Department for Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion of Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, accompanied by the Italy–Vietnam Chamber of Commerce, visited Italy for a series of institutional meetings with national and regional authorities.
On November 25, the delegation—led by Deputy Director Do Thi Minh Tram—met in Rome with Dr. Augusto Reggiani at the headquarters of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy. Dr. Reggiani serves as Director for Foreign Investment Attraction and Golden Power, as well as Technical Secretary of the Interministerial Committee for Foreign Investment Attraction. The meeting focused on the exchange of experiences and policies aimed at supporting local businesses in their internationalization processes.

On November 27, the delegation continued its visit in Milan, where it met with representatives of the Lombardy Region at Palazzo Lombardia. Participants included Maria Rosa Marchetti, Head of the Internationalization, Export and Digitalization of Businesses Organizational Unit at the Directorate General for Economic Development; Sabrina Bolzoni, responsible for Projects for International Economic Development; Nicoletta Fabbri from the Internationalization, Export and Digitalization of Lombardy Businesses Unit; and Luca Capozzi from the Presidency’s International Relations Office.
During the meeting, Lombardy Region representatives outlined the Region’s role and key implementation programs in promoting economic development and supporting local industries, with particular attention to the growth and international expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises.
